No, you CAN NOT protect a name using copyright and Protect My Work. Copyright law does not protect names or slogans, but we can protect original logos.

For a name:

• You must instead look at trademark or setup a trading company in that name
• Trademarks applications are filed with the UK Government
• Government filing fees start at £170
• Protect My Work can file trademark applications for £499 + VAT + government fees
