Can I edit or add more files to an existing certificate?

No, we don’t allow any editing or changes to existing certificate data as this would invalidate our fixed time stamp certification. Any amended work or additional work would need to uploaded on a new certificate.

However if you feel you have made a mistake, please let us know within 24 hours, and our support team will gladly add a certificate token back to your account so you are not out of pocket.

To request this, please note down the certificate reference number, delete the certificate from within our member area , then email support@protectmywork.com , and our support team will happily reimburse you a certificate token, so you can re-upload your work with the corrected data for free on a new certificate number with a new digital timestamp.

To delete a certificate, please login to your member area https://www.protectmywork.com/login.php , click on MY PROTECTED WORKS and click the pink X next to certificate you want to delete (see screenshot below).
