Can I edit or add more files to an existing certificate?

No, we do not allow any editing or changes to existing certificate data as this would invalidate our fixed time stamp certification. Any amendedments must be uploaded to a new certificate.

However, if you've made a mistake, please let us know within 24 hours and our support team will gladly add a certificate token back to your account so you're not out of pocket.

To request this, please note down the certificate reference number, then delete the certificate. Email support@protectmywork.com, and our support team will happily reimburse you a certificate token so you can re-upload your work with the corrected data for free to a new certificate with a new digital timestamp.

To delete a certificate, please go to "MY WORK" and click the red "trash can" icon next to certificate you want to delete (see screenshot below).
