Protect My Work has been developed a revolutionary email system that allows users to copy their email to us (e.g. BCC or CC), allowing us to store all details of the email, acting as a third party, independent witness for you. Submitting by email:
Our email service is very simple with no need to install software or login to our website to protect your work. When emailing your work to a third party (e.g. your client), simply 'Cc' or 'Bcc' the email to protect@protectmywork.com. Or just email the work direct to protect@protectmywork.com.
Our database sends an email confirmation to you to ensure that you want this email to be protected. Once verified, up to 5 attachments will be saved onto our system (note: total size of email must be less than 8MB), any text in the body of the email will be recorded and saved along with the date and time it was received. The system even stores the IP address and mail client that the email was sent from.
Each email you register is assigned a unique reference number and password, which will be emailed to you. You can pass this onto third parties who can use it to view that piece of work online at www.protectmywork.com.
